I'd be surprised if it was taken by Darius on a Sunday. Although he spent much of his time in the rough world of logging, he was a staunch Christian. On Sundays he and his whole family walked to church rather than traveling by bus or street car. They walked several miles to keep the Sabbath holy

Thanks for sharing. Logging camps often held church services on Sundays. Perhaps this was taken after services or maybe on Saturday, though loggers usually worked 6 days a week at this time.
